Official Rules

There are 2 separate scoring portions: Group Stage and Knockout Stage

Group Stage:

• Rank each team by which position you think they will finish in their Group standings (Groups A through L, 12 total)

• You will get 1 point for each correct team placement (i.e. you had USA winning their group and they do, or you had Mexico coming in 2nd in their group and they do) and an additional 2 points if you correctly predict an entire group (i.e. you predict Group C will finish 1. Brazil 2. Morocco 3. Scotland 4. Haiti, and that is the exact standings)

• Total possible points for Group stage: 72 points

Knockout Stage:

• Once the Group stage is complete, you will pick a normal 32-team knockout bracket, choosing which team you think will win and advance each match until you pick your eventual Champion

• You will fill out the entire bracket before the start of the 1st Knockout match (June 28th at 3pm EST), at which point brackets will lock

• Point distribution is as follows: 1 point for each Round of 32 and Round of 16 match, 2 points for each Quarterfinals match, 3 points for each Semifinals match, 1 point for the 3rd place match, and 5 points for the Final

Tiebreaker:

• Tiebreaker will be total goals scored by all teams throughout the Knockout Stage matches (Round of 32 through the Final)
